Example of how fees are calculated:

  • For a $1,000,000 Class 3 account

    $99,999.99 X 1.00% = $1,000
    $399,999.99 X .80% = $3,200
    $499,999.99 X .60% = $3,000
    $1.00 X .40% = $0

    Total Annual Charge = $7,200
    This equates to .720%

Charges are negotiable and billed quaterly in advance. For client with assets held at TCS Financial Services preferred custodian, TDAmeritrade Inc., fees can be automatically deducted from the clients account. After 2 years TCS generally reduces fees by a class contigent on philosphy being kept the same and not a significant deduction in the amount of assets under management. There is a minimun annual fee of $500.00 on all accounts.

Classes are determined after initial discussion and are contingent on expected activity, philosphy to be employed, growth potential and assets under management as well as other factors

For certian experienced clients TCS Financial can allow "do it yourself" accounts for an annual .25% fee. DYI clients will recieve reports however TCS Financial Services assumes no responsability for portfolio design and does not provide advice offered to normal AUM clients.
